Shuttle services will be available from Nevsehir and Kayseri airports to the hotels, and also to the venues on event days.
We recommend arriving on Friday, September 19th, by 2:00 PM, so you'll have plenty of time to settle in and get ready for the evening.
For your return, we suggest booking flights for Sunday afternoon or evening.
